Throughout his career, he has worked at leading law and accounting firms, including Gómez-Pinzón Abogados and EY/KPMG, where he has deepened his knowledge in tax consulting and planning in the infrastructure, energy, and financial industries, as well as in mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, sales, private equity, funds, structured financings, derivative operations, and other special operations.
