Manuela is an associate in the Corporate Finance and Capital Markets practice at Mendoza. She has experience in external debt management operations and quasi-sovereign bond issuance, as well as in providing exchange and financial advisory services to credit entities and private sector companies. She has supported the team in reviewing credit agreements, guarantees, and fiduciary structures.
Before joining the firm, Manuela provided legal assistance to a leading company in the energy sector, focusing on contract review, process management, and the design of SAGRILAFT policies. Additionally, she has participated in projects where she designed legal vehicles for obtaining carbon credits and coordinated interdisciplinary teams. Her experience also includes contributing to legal research for an international organization.
During her academic training, Manuela was an assistant in several diploma courses, participated in and won procedural law research competitions, and translated technical documents on security and digital surveillance in Medellín.
