Nicolás is an associate in Mendoza’s Corporate Finance practice. He has more than 3 years of experience in corporate finance, public debt, capital markets, financial derivatives, M&A and corporate matters.

Nicolás has advised quasi-sovereign entities and financial institutions in corporate finance and sovereign debt transactions. He has also advised financial entities and private companies in the negotiation and closing of diverse ISDA documentation, including the negotiation of ISDA Master Agreements and credit support documents with major swap dealers based in the US and UK.

Prior to joining the Firm, Nicolás worked at a local law firms in the M&A and Banking and Finance areas.
