Martín is an associate in Mendoza’s Energy and Finance practice. His professional experience has focused on the negotiation of M&A transactions over photovoltaic energy generation projects. Likewise, he carries out due diligence processes, identifying legal and regulatory risks that may arise in M&A and financing transactions within the energy industry.
Before joining Mendoza, Martín carried out AML/KYC due diligence processes in a well known company in the fuel distribution sector in Colombia.
