Anthony Lugo is associate in the Mendoza´s Infrastructure & Transportation practice. He has a strong interest in social infrastructure, public-private partnerships, public procurement, and project finance.
Before joining the firm, Anthony completed his internship at the National Infrastructure Agency, where he was able to participate in the structuring of large 5G infrastructure projects in Colombia. Additionally, he was undergraduate teacher assistant of courses such as public procurement and public actions, as well as research assistant on matters related to public procurement.
