Natalia is a first-year associate in our Infrastructure & Transportation practice. She has experience in project finance, corporate finance, and capital markets.

Before joining the firm, she was part of the Project Finance team at a leading firm in Colombia, where she supported local and international lenders in the closing process of social infrastructure project financings, 4G highways, and corporate refinancings, as well as in the preparation of due diligence reports and the drafting of memoranda on regulatory matters. In addition, she worked as a legal research assistant on matters of civil liability, trust law, and insurance law.

During her academic life, she worked as an assistant monitor for subjects in the area of private law and as an academic manager for the area of public-administrative law and constitutional law.
